1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
• The product is in its original condition without any damage caused after delivery.
• A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered:

• Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
• Gift cards or store credits.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the product.
• Images of the packaging, if applicable.
• A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.

4. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

• A different size (subject to availability).
• The same product if it is defective.
• Another product of equal value, where applicable.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
• If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed method after verification.

Shipping charges, gift wrapping fees, and other service charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

• A damaged or defective product.
• An incorrect item shipped by us.

VastraBloom will arrange or reimburse the return shipping, where applicable.

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible under this policy.

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

VastraBloom reserves the right to decline a return or refund if the product:

• Shows signs of use or washing.
• Is missing tags or original packaging.
• Has been damaged after delivery.
• Does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
